Group Classes

Max Health Club offers more than 99 varieties of Group Lessons to its members.You are sure to find the class that suits you, be it,  Cycling, Body Pump, Body Balance, Yoga, 50+ training, to mention but a few.
Our Classes are geared towards beginners and experienced individuals. We attempt to create with each member a greater awareness of one’s physical and mental health
The introductory week  enables you to use all our facilities including Group Classes before deciding whether you wish to become a full time member of Max Health Club. In other words no obligation!
