At Max Health Club, we offer professional personal training with a focus on guiding individuals towards achieving their various goals. Whether you are aiming to improve strength, endurance, weight loss, or sport-specific performance, our experienced trainers are here to support you.
Our approach is both structured and professional. We begin with a comprehensive intake process that includes tests, measurements, and questionnaires to gain a clear understanding of your current condition, goals, and any limitations. Based on this information, we work together to set a specific goal for your training programme.
We then develop a detailed training plan attuned to your unique objectives and needs. During the sessions, we closely monitor your progress and adjust the plan where necessary to ensure you stay on track.
After 4 to 6 weeks, we schedule evaluation sessions to review your progress. We analyse the results, discuss any necessary adjustments, and set new goals for the next phase of your training. This structured approach ensures that we work effectively towards your fitness goals in a responsible and focused manner.
