New reservation system for group lessons Aan de Vliet

Similarly, we improve the software systems we work with. Last week we went live with a new reservation system for our squash courts: courtlease.com. That seems to be working fine for now, and all members who want to play squash seem to be getting along fine with the new reservation system.

Now it’s the turn of the group class participants!
As of Jan. 2, we will be switching to Technogym’s MyWellness for booking group classes. The unique reservation link in the Clubplanner e-mail that you have used to date to reserve all group classes and circuit training sessions will therefore be discontinued as of January 1. How does this work?

If you already exercise with a schedule on Technogym machines, you are already familiar with the ProWellness app, Technogym’s membership program. Your fitness program is in there and you can find all your progress in it. The MyWellness app is also the app of choice for simply, quickly and conveniently booking your favorite group class.

Activate your Max Health Club Aan de Vliet account
All Max ADV memberships with access to fitness and group exercise classes are automatically synchronized with Technogym’s ProWellness. You, as a member, automatically have an account. Log in with your own login credentials.

Don’t know your login information?
Then follow the following roadmap:

  1. Click on ‘log in’ (i.e. do not register)
  2. At ‘log in’ click on ‘password forgotten’
  3. You will then receive an e-mail at the e-mail address as known to us with a link and password which you can use to set a new password of your own choice.
  4. Follow the instructions ét voila! You are activated in your own account of MyWellness!
  5. Are you not receiving mail from the system? Call us or report to the reception or fitness desk so we can personally send you a link directly from the system. Then it will certainly succeed!

There are some changes from the reservation rules as you are used to now. These are the new reservation rules:

RESERVE:

  • You can book 6 days in advance.
  • Starting at 9 a.m., reservations will open.
  • So the start of reservations through the MyWellness app is Tuesday, Dec. 27, at 9 a.m. for group classes on Jan. 2. No lessons will be visible earlier.
  • The option to reserve for a group class will be closed from the time the group class begins.
  • You are allowed 7 active reservations at a time.
  • There is no maximum reservations per day.
  • The instructor reports you present in class.

CANCEL:

  • Up to 55 minutes before the start of a group class, you can cancel yourself via the app. Shorter notice can only be given by calling the club and actively reporting to the receptionist.

WAITING LIST:

  • There is no limit on the number of registrations for the waiting list should a class be full.
  • The system does not take into account who is first on the waiting list. The system aims to organize full classes with athletes who actually come. If a spot becomes available in a class, everyone on the waiting list will be notified. The first to pick up the spot has the spot in class.
  • If you want to pick up a vacant spot in a class, sign out first in the waiting list. Then you can reserve the vacant spot in the class in your name.

HOUSE RULES:
We would like to help you remember a few house rules regarding group classes. House rules ensure that everyone has an optimal experience before, during and after class. These are them:

  • Come on time!
  • Allow time for members who attended the previous class to clean up their equipment and come out.
  • Give space to each other when entering and exiting the studio.
  • Put your coat and bag in a designated locker in the dressing room or in the hallway in front of the studio. Bags and (winter) coats are not allowed in the studio.
  • Bring only your towel, water bottle and cardigan, if any, into the studio. Glassware is not allowed.
