Henneke is our new personal swim trainer and is often compared to an aquatic animal. She spends a lot of time in the swimming pool at our facility, while continuing her exercise in natural waters during the
summertime. During her youth, Henneker dedicated herself to training for swimming competitions. Over time, she gained valuable experience through participating in triathlons and ultimately completed a trainers course as Zwemanalyse. Her expertise lay with the breast crawl, the flip-turn and lastly open water swimming.

Quinten enjoys spending his time under water in the blue of the Mediterranean Sea in Greece. He has completed a total of 15 years of swimming lessons and training for children alongside personal training / rehabilitation techniques for adults.
Quinten led swimming lessons for his own swimming school until he determined that grownups can also be classified as ‘big’ children. He therefore works as a personal trainer in the pool at Max Health Club. He shows a keen interest in you and displays patience in order to help you excel in your sports. He does this by informing you of the correct breathing techniques and the right speed to complete long distance swims smoothly and happily.

I was a multiple-time Dutch champion in freestyle (front crawl) events during my time on the Dutch junior and senior swim teams. My passion for swimming continued as I worked as a swimming instructor at HALO and served as a swim coach and commentator for Eurosport. Additionally, I worked with the KNZB (Royal Dutch Swimming Federation), where I focused on developing, teaching, and examining swimming coach certifications A and B.
