At Max Health Club we provide Personal Training across a range of disciplines. Whether you’re seeking personal guidance in fitness, boxing, yoga, pilates, swimming, or nutrition, we have it all. What all our trainers have in common is their focus on overall health. You can find a trainer who suits you by selecting a specific style or by exploring all available options.
Rates & Categories
We categorise Personal Training into different levels to reflect the varying qualifications of our trainers and your preference for either intensive or less intensive sessions. Some trainers have extensive experience and have conducted years of research in their field, while others are still gaining experience.
